We began life as club promoters in 2001, running our first club night in the basement of an old pub in Dublin called The Parnell Mooney when Andy was 16.

We progressed to working in event ticketing and production for festivals and brands. Through DJ’ing and hosting parties, we began to grill for friends, family and guests. As popularity grew, we hosted more BBQs, leading us to organise Big Grill in 2014. Since then, we’ve owned and operated festivals, restaurants, bars, and venues cooked on TV, radio and at festivals worldwide.

Our crew is experienced in cooking across the world at festivals, events and private parties.
