OUR FESTIVALS

Big Grill

We are the founders and organisers of Europe’s biggest BBQ & Food Festival, which has been hosted annually in Dublin, Ireland, since 2014. It’s a feast for the senses, where we bring together the world's best live fire chefs, restaurants, guests, vendors and breweries for four days of fire, food and fun—attracting 25,000 attendees in the leafy surroundings of Herbert Park. Big Grill has established itself as Ireland's premier food & drink event- led by ingredients cooked by fire.

We launched a first-of-its-kind Irish food & drinks festival on St.Patrick’s weekend 2023 in the historic Dublin City Fruit, Veg & Flower Market. We aimed to provide a fresh approach to Paddy’s Day Festivities by showcasing modern-day Ireland's incredible food, drinks and produce.

BASTE

Our journey started cooking over fire for friends and family. We quickly grew to turn that passion and demand into Big Grill and our live fire & bbq catering business. We’ve cooked for some of the world's biggest brands, companies and more. When the pandemic hit in 2020, we quickly morphed into an outdoor BBQ yard serving takeaway BBQ boxes and eventually sit-down outdoor BBQ dining, events and wine bar, cafe and BBQ & cooking store. Our site closed in 2021 to make way for a new development

We opened Parrilla, an Argentinian-inspired live fire pop-up in Autumn 2021 whille we plotted our next move.

Baste was the spark that ignited Scorchio, which brings together all the lovely things we do under one roof.

OFFSIDE

A unique live fire dining experience where guests are seated around the fire. From wild dinners to rare aged whiskey & steak tasting experiences, Offside offers an immersive live fire food experience with great drinks.

FOOD BRAND

HUNZO

As self-confessed hot sauce addicts, we had been playing around with different styles and varieties of peppers, fermenting them in every warm nook and cranny we could find. In Jan 2021, we bottled our limited edition hot sauce, Hunzo, with our pals in Jameson Black Barrel, which sold out in 48 hours.
